Returns Policy

As some of our products are made-to-order, we do not currently accept returns or issue refunds for certain items (unless your order arrives damaged or incorrectly). These made-to-order items include:

If you (the customer) need to return other received goods to us (such as greetings cards) for any reason, please let us know within fourteen days why you wish to return the item(s). We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements, so please wait to hear back from us before proceeding. Postage for returns must be paid for by the customer.

Please do not send anything to us without contacting us first. Items posted to the address on your invoice will be rejected.
