Picture Sizing Guide

Choosing the right picture size is important to get right, so I created a dedicated picture sizing guide to help with your decision.

Art Print Sizes

Many of the B. Marriott Design art prints are available in multiple sizes, so that they can suit a variety of frames and uses.

These sizes include:

• 6x6 Inches (square)
• 8x6 Inches (landscape/portrait)

Borders

The majority of prints available on my website feature a white border around the edges of the print.

The border is included in the print size available for purchase. For example, if you order a 6x6 inch print, the outer edges of the border will be 6x6 inches on each axis.

Borders are featured on my art prints so that no parts of the actual image will be cut off when inserted in frames.

Framing

Unless specified otherwise, my art prints are provided without a frame. This allows you to purchase the frame of your choice from a specialist to suit the environment in which your art print will be displayed.

My art prints are suitable for use in frames with or without mounts, since there is a border around the image. I personally choose to display my designs in frames with mounts as they help draw attention to the content.

Frames are generally universal for sizes, however, I cannot guarantee the quality or fitment of frames I do not have listed on my store.

Recommended Frames

6x6 Inch Prints:

• When displaying my 6x6 inch prints, I often use the Dunelm Mill Essentials frame that fits a 6x6 inch image with the included mount.

8x6 Inch Prints:

• When displaying my 8x6 inch prints, I often use the Dunelm Mill Essentials frame that fits a 8x6 inch image with the included mount.

Borderless Prints & Custom Sizes
