Delivery Information
How long will it take to process & print my order?
Art Prints: Due to all the different sizes and styles of the B. Marriott Design range, art prints are custom-made-to-order and non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be processed and delivered. We aim for all orders to be delivered within 10-14 working days, but this may vary during busy periods.
If you need your order within a specific timeframe, please contact us so that we can confirm whether it will be possible to meet your requirements.
Where do you deliver to?
Our products are currently only available online for delivery to the United Kingdom, however, if you require delivery to a different location, please contact us as we might be able to help.
How will my item(s) be packaged?
Art Prints: For safe postage, your art print(s) will be wrapped in a small cellophane bag and dispatched in an envelope supported by a card backing for extra protection.
Whilst the envelope and packing notes can be recycled in your specified household bins, the plastic packing can be recycled at your local supermarket featuring the right facilities.

- Delivery in 2-4 working days (after processing has been completed)
What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived after 14 working days, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help make sure you have your item(s) as soon as possible.
What do I do if my order has arrived damaged?
If your order has arrived in a damaged state, please contact us with your order number and explain the situation. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage to your order so we can arrange further action and ensure you have a replacement as soon as possible. We may arrange for your item to be collected and returned to us, so be sure not to dispose of it until we confirm what is required.
